I am Charles Kelly a sociologist, theologian, and health care professional with 15 years of coaching experience. I am a coach and the Director of Life and Health Coaching. It might be important to some people to know that I have a degree in Theology and a degree in Public Health. What's more important is to know that I am a people person who has had a lifetime of business experiences, organizational, and administrative experiences in supporting the people I have worked with, always with passion and commitment. My grandson says, “Yea, he’s really ok! A good guy who knows what he’s talking about.”
How is my Coaching different from therapy or consulting?
Unlike therapy which often goes into depth about various issues usually dealing with the past, and consulting which generally results in giving answers. My coaching is focused primarily on the present, and supports the decisions you make to reach your goals. As a coach I enable clients to determine their own answers.
