I live in New Hampshire and I go to church almost every Sunday.

A big thing for all women who go to our church is a women’s conference which is hold in Boston, every 2 months.

It was a Saturday morning and I was late. The conference started at 11, and it was 11:15 when I entered the building. I was in such a hurry that by mistake I entered the wrong room.

You’ll laugh, but I figured out I was in the wrong room only after 15 minutes. And when I did I was already hooked…

By mistake I entered inside a nutrition conference and the woman speaking was Aline Pilani, a personal trainer & nutritionist from Hawaii.

I was listening to Aline for a few minutes already when I finally understood why I lost only 7 pounds in 6 months…. I was doing it all wrong…

I was eating under 1000 calories per day and my diet plan was not structured the right way…. that’s why my metabolism was so slow…

In the past 7 months I had done only cardio…. It was so wrong!

Almost every night I used to crave for carbs and sweets and I was able to follow a diet plan for 3-4 days, but then I used to always overeat…

For the first time in the last 7 months things finally made sense… I was doing it all wrong and that’s why I wasn’t seeing results.

In the break I went to Aline and thanked her. I told her how horrible my life had been for the past months and that I was so happy when she gave me her email and phone number.

I called her on Tuesday morning and we spoke for almost 10 minutes. She gave me a workout plan and a meal plan and told me to follow it daily. It was not for free and it was not cheap either, but It Was All Worth It!

I started the next morning.

Started my days with high intensity workouts on my empty stomach. To my surprise the workouts were short, lasting around 18 minutes (not like my 15 minutes of cardio)

After the workout, I used to take a whey protein shake mixed with blueberries.

Then, another 5 meals. My diet was structured this way: 45% protein, 35% carbs and 20% fats.

I wasn’t eating carbs after 5 pm. It was strange that all those cravings for carbs were gone…

My husband and my sister started to support me. I started to love it and I followed this plan for 4 months daily. After 4 months and half I already lost 70 pounds.
